What does "One Star" mean?
One Star is you, me, the earth, life. One chance to be here, one life to live here on earth, so let's make the best of it.
One Star Counselling was started to help anyone out there that needs it.
- For the stay at home mom that feels she's lost in her day to day tasks, living for others, and not for herself
- The one who just lost a loved one
- The student that hates going to school everyday because of bullies
- The one who has been battling weight loss issues all his life, knowing what to do, but unable to DO it
- The real estate agent who can't understand how her colleague makes sales with his eyes closed but she hasn't made one in the last 6 months
At One Star Counselling we provide psychological and counselling services for all paths in life. Whether it is grief counselling, issues with self confidence/self esteem, sales psychology, etc.
We also value anonymity. It is very common for individuals to know they need counselling services, but feel uncomfortable going to meet a counselor one on one. We offer counselling services by email/chat and you are more than welcome to keep your identity private while still receiving the help you need.
Counselling should be available to everyone, just how the walk in clinic is, how the ER is, not only for those who can afford $200 sessions to have one hour once a week with the local psychiatrist which is why we keep our costs very affordable with great quality service.
